Special Bat Wars Rules
Bat Wars rules:
Time limit set at 60 minutes finish the inning. If we extend the start time more than the 1 hour start time, we may shorten time limits.
E teams get 2 home runs per inning, with excess being outs.
Rec teams get 1 home run per inning, with excess being outs.
We will use 1 bandit, named at the plate to run for anyone, multiple times if wished.
We will use the OPEN runner for the pitcher.
