The Bandit Runner may be anyone on the roster. He must be designated before the game begins. He will be the Bandit Runner for the remainder of the game. He may run for anyone at any time. If he is also in the batting lineup, and his turn at bat occurs while he/she is on base, his position in the batting order will be an out. There shall be no other penalty.

    The  Bandit role may not be substituted.  A Bandit Runner may be replaced on the base only by the player he/she is running for at the time. The Bandit Runner role is then lost for the remainder of the game. As stated earlier……..if his “turn at bat” occurs and he is ON BASE, an out will be recorded for his/her position in the batting order. There are NO exceptions. His turn at bat occurs when the previous batters turn at bat has ended. “Play Ball” or “Batter Up” need not be indicated for his turn at bat to occur.    The ONLY way an out is recorded per the Bandit runner is if the runner is caught on base and it his his turn to bat.

RULES

Tournament Rules:

All divisions will use the 50 minute, finish the inning, plus 1 time limit. 

Men's Rec., E/D, Women"s: 1 bandit runner per game, he/she must be declared at coin toss

Senior will use National Courtesy Runner rule

Rec 1 and 1 up 

E/D 3 and 1 up

Senior 3 and 1 up

Women's 5

All games will be played rapid succession. Its you responsibility to be at the fields  READY TO PL:AY 30 minutes prior to listed time.
